Floor Sanding

We have over 20 years experience and many satisfied customers. We offer a variety of services and finishes:

Original flooring is typically stripped with industrial sanders.

The natural wood is then treated to seal it or stained to a desired finish before sealing.

Floors are typically sealed using clear varnish with a Satin Matt or Gloss finish. We apply at least 3 coats of varnish and a 4th coat to well trafficked areas.

Another floor stained with light oak. This floor has had some of the boards replaced with new boards wich have been double stained to age them. to further match the boards we stained the gaps with a dark oak stain. The finished effect makes a great match of new boards to the original 100+ year old boards. (Merchiston)
